About us

CFT (Comitato Fiere Terziario) was founded in 1999 following Confcommercio’s aim of creating a committee able to promote, organise and guard the Italian fair system.

Confcommercio, by establishing CFT, wants to help in developing the fair system of our country, which is of fundamental importance for the promotion of enterprises’ activities in the whole economic field.

Who can be part of CFT:

• Associations belonging to Confcommercio or expression of the confederal system (which are acting or which are planning to in the fair field in Italy and abroad);
• Territorial Associations of Confcommercio (seats of important fair exhibitions).

Our mission

CFT:

• Promotes and coordinates fair activities by the adequate seats, in Italy or abroad;
• Puts in action economic activities to exploit national production at home and abroad and spreads innovation to enterprises and consumers’ advantage;
• Improves quality of fair exhibitions, promotes original events in emerging fields and emphasizes all the potentialities in the commerce, tourism and services field;
• Guards and promotes Associates’ focuses, also by accomplishing studies, researches and conventions;
• Represents Confcommercio in all the activities about fairs;
• Offers attendance to enterprises and organizations.
